Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
Our rings ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day.
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Delivery times and cost
We currently ship within the United States only.
Under $75: $4.95 flat. Delivery 7 to 15 business days after processing.
$75 and over: Free. Delivery 7 to 15 business days after processing.
Every order is tracked. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: customs, weather and carrier backlogs are outside our control.
Free shipping threshold
US orders over $75 ship free. The threshold is on the order total after any discount and before tax. Two rings will usually clear it.
Tracking
Tracking goes out by email when your order ships. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear. If there is no movement after 10 days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the parcel, check with anyone else at the address and your building's mail area first. If it still has not turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a claim with the carrier.
If tracking stops moving and the parcel is declared lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
We cannot take responsibility for a parcel delivered to a wrong address that was entered at checkout. Check your address before you pay.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost, or resend it once you pay shipping again.
Shipping outside the US
Not yet. We are US only for now.
