Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
See our Ring Size Guide. The quickest way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear.
What size are the open bands?
They do not have one. Open bands adjust to fit, so there is nothing to choose at checkout. Adjust them gently and as few times as you can.
Can I get a ring resized?
No. Our sized bands are closed bands and cannot be resized. If the size is wrong, send it back unworn within 30 days and we will exchange it.
I am between two sizes.
Go up on a wide band, down on a fine one. Wide bands have less give.
Materials
What are your rings made of?
Copper, brass, zinc alloy and stainless steel, depending on the piece. The exact material is listed in the Details section of every product page.
Is this sterling silver?
No. Nothing we sell is sterling silver or solid gold. Where a ring looks like silver or gold, that is a surface finish, and we describe it as silver-tone, gold-tone or two-tone rather than as a metal. We price accordingly.
Will the finish wear off?
The finish is on the surface, so yes, eventually, and faster if you are rough with it. Taking the ring off for washing up, the gym and anything with chemicals in it makes the single biggest difference. Our Care guidance is in the accordion on every product page.
Will copper turn my finger green?
It can, on some people, some of the time. It washes off and it is normal for the metal. It is not a reaction to anything harmful and it is not a fault.
Are the stones real?
No. Where a ring is set with stones or enamel, they are artificial, and we say so in the Details section of every product page.
Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a tracking email when it does.
How long does delivery take?
3 to 7 business days after processing. Our rings ship from a US warehouse, so it is domestic post, not a month from overseas.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are US only for now.
Is shipping free?
On US orders over $75, yes. Under that it is a $4.95 flat rate. Two rings will usually clear the threshold.
My tracking has not updated.
The first scan can take a day or two. If nothing has moved after 7 days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn, in its original packaging. Full terms in our Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
You do on a change of mind or a sizing return. We do if the ring arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
My ring arrived damaged.
Email hello@forgetmenotatelier.com within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Do you have a warranty?
No, and we would rather say that than promise one we cannot keep. These are base metals with surface finishes. What we do have is 30 days to return an unworn ring, and 7 days to tell us if one arrived damaged.
Gifting
Do you include a gift box?
Not yet. Rings arrive in a protective pouch. We would rather tell you that than photograph a box we do not ship.
Can I include a note?
Not yet. If you want one, email us after you order and we will do what we can.
Which ring is the safe gift?
An open band, because there is no size to get wrong. Venus and the Myth Line rings are all open bands.
