UK customers

If you are in the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day it arrives, for any reason. Tell us by email within that 14 days, then send the ring back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the ring and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the cost of returning it. If a ring comes back worn or handled more than needed to try it on, we may reduce the refund by the value it has lost.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a ring is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under consumer law in your country in addition to this policy.
